Post-Doctoral Fellow

The major focus of my research project is to study gene expression profiles of different human prostate tumors using cDNA microarrays. My main goals are to increase our understanding of the molecular pathology of prostate cancer, establish a new molecular classification of prostate tumors, and identify new prognostic and diagnostic markers. This project is carried out in collaboration with Dr. Jonathan Pollack in the Department of Pathology and Dr. James Brooks in the Department of Urology at Stanford University.
